The New Directions For Life Podcast

Nov 21, 2019

In this episode, I visit with Marlena Tillhon, psychotherapist, relationship coach, and clinic director in the UK. We discuss her article, The Negative Impact of Not Feeling Your Feelings, and a little bit about how she came to the conclusions that inform her current beliefs and therapeutic practice.

Feeling negative feelings can be extraordinarily challenging, but there can be grave consequences to perpetually avoiding such experiences. I find Marlena to be a compassionate soul, and her message both important and timely! I really enjoyed chatting with her about this topic and I hope you do as well. This conversation starts around the 9:25 mark.
