In this final episode of 2019, I respond to three recent emails and comment on topics relating to the processing of sexual trauma, the origins and treatment of intimate partner violence, and finally… navigating relationship challenges that emerge when unresolved childhood traumas exist—a topic which leads to some discussion regarding assertive speaking and boundary setting with regard to requesting therapeutic intervention from a significant other.
